One Response for "Top 6 Eyeliners"
[...] Dark eye shadows work great as eyeliners! Wet a small, slanted brush then dip into the dark eyeshadow. Line your eyes as close to the upper lashes as you can, from the inner to outer corners. Use eyeliner on the bottom eyes but start in the middle an go outwards. If you are looking for a smokey look then use another brush to pat in the dark eyeshadow on both the upper and lower lid. Or just use a pencil eyeliner and do the same steps, except apply lightly and use a smudger to create a smokey look.
